Estimated delivery times

We have a reputable courier company to make our deliveries. Whilst every effort is made to deliver your gift basket or hamper on your preferred day, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible.

Hampers are delivered during courier/office hours i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00pm-5:00pm. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours.

We cannot accept a specific delivery time. Deliveries can be made up to 5:00pm each day.
Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours.

Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for re-delivery due to incorrect address.

With your permission, the gift can be left in a safe place on the property of the receiver if they are not home. If you prefer the gift not to be left it will be returned to our warehouse and re-directed when instructed by you. If this occurs an addition courier fee will be charged.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day.

Christmas deliveries: Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of individual orders. Our team is handling 10 times the amount of gifts, so early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated.

Hospital deliveries: May take an extra day, depending on the hospital location.

It is the Customer's responsibility to inform "Gift Baskets Direct" if a hamper does not arrive. If this occurs we will contact the courier company lodge an enquiry and have your hamper delivered as soon as possible.

The delivery cost to send one gift to one address is outlined above. To send multiple or bulk gifts to the one address please call us to confirm the delivery charge.

Delivery is calculated when you are placing your order.
